Warning: may result in an amazing aroma and instantaneous new ‘friends’
(to make one loaf tin)
175 g of light brown muscovado sugar
175 g self-raising flour
2 medium eggs
3 tbsp of sunflower oil
55 ml of milk
150 g choc chips (milk)
3 medium sized ripe bananas
WHAT TO DO:
PREHEAT oven to 180, and grease a loaf tin.
MASH the bananas with the muscovado sugar.
ADD in the flour, eggs, sunflower oil, and milk.
FOLD in the choc chips – it will look very lumpy, but it is meant to!
Then pour into tin and cook for 50-60 minutes.
TEST with a knife or scewer to see if it comes out clean, your cake is done! Leave to stand for 10 mins before taking out of tin.
