THE GREAT BRIXTON BAKE OFF!

Now we haven’t given ourselves an easy start, we are in competition with the best of best Bakers being judged by the likes of:
Victor Scalzo from Patisserie Valerie
The Mayor of Lambeth
and Stacey from Morleys
(we’re not sure of her face…so he’s a little cartoon! Stacey…if you read this we hope the below is accurate?!)
SO we’re getting our thinking hats on, macaroon minds whirling, cake tins lined and baking bowls ready. You’re in for a treat and they’ll be a brilliant array of local Lambeth bakers all baking their best so come hungry!
We now need to decide exactly what we are going to bake and, more importantly, what we are going to enter into each Category to be judged!
The Catergories are: Cakes; Cupcakes; Biscuits & Bites; Savouries; Bread and Vegan cake
