RESTAURANT – OXO TOWER

Two of the FLOUR team hit the heights of London last night for birthday celebrations for my brother Lawrence’s 29th! We had a delicious evening starting with rose petal cocktails and ending with melting moments and lots of yumminess in between!

The OXO Tower brasserie boasts fantastic views which gives you that great ‘I’m in London’ feeling and the restaurant certainly matches the surroundings with great service, wine and food!

Now I’ve (Melissa) only just recently started eating fish (2 months ago) and I have to say I found my meal of  soft shell crab then seabass de-li-ci-ous!

Our lovely waitress was superb with a great understanding of the menu and a personal manner when serving, it felt like you had been here many times before and it really added to our evening.

I (Riannah) had the Dry rubbed aged Black Angus Sirloin, garlic tarragon roasted portobello mushroom with beetroot relish and trufle olive jus. This was quite simply amazing.

With the OXO tower’s magnificent views and Central London position, you wouldn’t be wrong to expect a hefty price tag, but you can rest easy knowing that your purse will not be too dented from this outing!
